REVIEW OF THE TRADE PRACTICES ACT Sydney, 9 May, 2002: The Australian Bankers’ Association (ABA) says the review of the Trade Practices Act (TPA) is an opportunity to take stock and ensure the Act and its administration is fully serving the national interest.
